In this distracted and overstimulated world of ours, seeking refuge in the quiet can sometimes feel impossible. What is Meditation?

How to Begin with a Mindfulness and Meditation Practice

Set a Timer: Begin with a meditation of few minutes, say 5 or 10 minutes, and continue stretching it as you get comfortable.  

Focus on Your Breath: Pay attention to the sensation of the breath entering and leaving the body.
